If you go to Crutchfield.com, they indicate that both 5 1/4 and 6 1/2 speakers fit in the Element. Some dude was bustin balls and insinuating how 5 1/4 size was wrong because he had personally installed 6 1/2 speakers. Looks like he was WRONG that only 6 1/2 speakers are correct. I have 5 1/4 speakers installed.

I saw that they recently took the pictures down on the Rev-Hard website. But that is in fact the same vehicle I own.The blank itself is more than just metal with a plastic head on it, too. $150 is probably a bit high, but good luck finding anyone else that can A) even make the key, and B) has it a bit lower in price. If you look, the battery tray was designed for the group 56 battery and then Honda ended up dropping in a smaller battery with a plastic spacer around it to fill up the gap. You can fit bigger batteries in there with a little ingenuity but the Element was designed to hold a group 56.

Certain Elements do have a mechanical system to send power to all four wheels. Honda called the system 4WD, but it doesn't have a locking differential, so it's more like AWD, but also not really.
