I have been a long time fan of Salamanders (since Codex: Armageddon) and was inspired by some Salamander lists doing well somewhat recently. The goal is to aim as high as possible, while understanding the limitations of Marines in the current Meta.Keep in mind that this ranking is based on absolute number rather than ratio so it is unfavorable for unpopular factions.
